Hi Everyone, Andrea here! I owned my own barre studio in Walnut Creek, CA for 7 years and closed the physical doors Aug 2022 to go fully virtual.
Barre is my first love in terms of fitness and I still specialize mainly in that, but I have also adopted a love for strength training to give a more well-rounded fitness regimen.
I have a BS in anatomy/ physiology, am a certified group fitness instructor, and have been through countless trainings and continued education courses, as well as keep up with the latest findings on fitness and health. It is a priority for me to make sure my classes are not only fresh and fun so that you don't get bored, but are also based on science to help you build muscle in the most sustainable, safe, & effective way for the healthiest, fittest body!

All you need is a long resistance band to work your arms and your legs.
Perfect for travel because the band can easily be thrown into a suitcase and those looking for quick full body workouts!

Full body barre workout using some of my favorite exercises for effectively sculpting lean muscles. Barre- inspired, but no barre necessary. Just find a sturdy surface, such as a countertop, and get started! Working all three of those glute muscles: the glute minimus, glute medius, and glute maximus, for a well-rounded (pun intended) sculpting session! You will also work the core- mainly in the obliques. No equipment needed.

Hi!! So sorry for the delay & thanks for the support! I owned a barre studio that I had to close (moved away during Covid), but I now have a virtual studio! I totally forgot I even had a UA-cam channel from all those years ago. Will be posting some more videos soon :D

I'm new to exercising and fifty plus, on the lookout for simple and achievable workouts. I came across this and gave it a try. You just left me shaking even without the dumbbells. But I loved it . Now off to checking out your channel for other such workouts. Thanks for putting it here for us.
nice instruction- I do not like that you did started with shoulder work -I would wait till I was warmed up-and work on other muscle groups first. I would not suggest using weights to anyone who has chronic pain-
So go and make your own video.
